Since I was all wrapped up in the drama of cooking for Iron Chef this weekend, my menu plans for the week are severely lacking, so we'll be eating from the pantry quite a bit...and I think meyer lemon blueberry pancakes are definitely going to be in the rotation! We were a real maple syrup family all the way...but we had a bunch of maples, so we'd collect the sap and give it to a neighbor to turn into syrup for us, so we always had the real deal...and only as an adult do I know how lucky we were! YUM!
